About Mark
Mark Tripe de Roche is an Indigenous lawyer and the principal of TDR Law. His practice focuses on child protection, private guardianship, First Nations child and family services, legislative and policy drafting, governance support, and related legal matters.
Mark is a member of Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation, K’ai Tailé Denesųłiné. His work is informed by professional training, lived experience, and extensive work with vulnerable populations in legal, community, and volunteer settings. He currently serves as a board member of the Old Strathcona Youth Society.
